Every feature

The whole app, told plainly.

Fifteen tools. Under each one is the strongest thing the technology actually does.

Care

Ask a Vet

Send a case to a verified partner when one is available. You review every photo before it goes.

The techGoogle Gemini prepares a private decision-support note for the assigned professional only. The owner receives the veterinarian’s independently written response and PDF, never that private note.

Care Centre

The history you wish you could remember at the appointment: meds, symptoms, visits, photos.

The techRecords live in Apple SwiftData on the device. With iCloud on, they sync through your private CloudKit container. FurSense cannot open that store.

Movement Check

A short look you can save and describe later, when you are sitting with a veterinarian.

The techA 12-second capture stores movement geometry and the time it was taken. No gait condition, pain score, or diagnosis is inferred.

Nearby Vets

Find a clinic or an emergency hospital without hunting through tabs.

The techYour area, or a place you type, is sent to Apple maps or the configured place provider for nearby results. Listings still need a phone call.

Walk

Walk Tracker

Distance, duration, and the path of a walk you are actually on.

The techContinuous GPS can run in the background only during an active walk. The route stays in the app and may sync through private iCloud. It is not uploaded as a server-side location history.

Walk windows

A gentler time to leave the house when the day is hot, bright, or wet.

The techOpen-Meteo supplies air temperature, UV, rain, and related conditions. An asphalt energy model estimates pavement heat. FurSense stores a coordinate-free weather snapshot, not the request location.

Fetch Log

Play belongs in the same history as the long walks.

The techSessions are saved with the dog’s activity record so fetch is not a memory you have to reconstruct later.

Identify

Toxin Lookup

The first stop when a package, food, or named item might be a problem.

The techBarcodes go to Open Food Facts and, when needed, related product databases, then a bundled hazard reference. Optional Gemini consent can send only the barcode and a fixed “name this product” instruction. No photo of the dog, no weight, no location. The model does not decide safety.

Plant Lookup

A leaf in the garden, named carefully, then checked.

The techOne compressed photo can return an unconfirmed botanical hypothesis. Toxicity text is shown only after a separate exact-name lookup in the bundled plant reference.

Visual breed resemblance

A visual guess you can enjoy, with practical care context beside it.

The techOne to three compressed photos return visual breed candidates. Not DNA, ancestry papers, or a health screen. Breed photos are not kept in the short-lived response receipt.

Behavior

Sound Guard

A sense of whether a room is sharp and high, compared with the quiet you measured first.

The techLive microphone samples stay on the device and are compared with a room baseline. Saved records hold measurements and your notes. Raw audio is never stored or uploaded. This is not a hearing test or a calibrated meter.

Calm Center

A softer plan for fireworks, storms, and the evenings that run hot.

The techRoutines, reminders, and an exportable report live with the dog’s other notes. A routine is support for you and the dog. It is not treatment.

Training

Short practice you can come back to, attached to the dog it was for.

The techGuided sessions are stored with that dog’s record so progress is something you can see, not something you have to remember.

Dog’s-Eye View

The red ball on the green lawn, seen through a more limited palette.

The techA versioned dichromatic transform runs live on the camera: reds and greens flatten toward yellows and greys. Low-light illustration is a separate mode. Scene depth is used only when the phone provides it, and it does not reconstruct canine depth perception.

Ask FurSense

Questions about daily care, answered as information you can take to a person.

The techAfter you confirm, the question can include breed, age, and weight. The dog’s name and local profile id are left out. Medication-dose questions are refused. “Not breathing,” chocolate, and similar emergencies stop the model and point you to urgent care.
